Position Overview
The State of Arizona is seeking a Senior OnBase Engineer to maintain, monitor, configure, troubleshoot, and support the OnBase environment and integrations. The role will also focus on infrastructure analysis, incident investigation, process improvement, documentation, and configuration management.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of OnBase Engineering experience
- Experience maintaining, monitoring, and updating OnBase configurations
- Experience creating and supporting OnBase integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and system analysis skills
- Experience with infrastructure design, construction, and testing
- Ability to analyze incidents and investigate suspicious activity
- Experience creating technical/process documentation
Preferred Skills
- Server / On-Premises experience
- Customer-facing / Customer Service experience
- Government / State experience
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and update OnBase configurations.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot OnBase integrations.
- Troubleshoot issues within the OnBase environment.
- Analyze Event Viewer logs and identify/characterize incidents.
- Generate incident reports and investigate suspicious activity.
- Perform system analysis and design, construct, and test infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Create and maintain process documentation.
- Participate in meetings, strategy sessions, and work groups.
- Review configuration change proposals for compliance with established standards and policies.
- Provide guidance, assistance, training, and documentation for process solutions.
- Prioritize work activities and establish goals and objectives.

- Remote-Local position — candidates must be local to Arizona/Phoenix.
