Position Overview
The State of Arizona (AZVETBOARD) is seeking a Digital Content Accessibility Specialist/Developer to ensure all digital content complies with ADA accessibility standards. This role focuses on accessibility remediation, validation, and compliance across websites and digital documents.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply ADA and accessibility compliance standards
- Perform remediation and validation of digital content for accessibility
- Convert and edit:
- Website and CMS content
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF documents
- Ensure all public-facing content meets WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement accessibility improvements
- Support ongoing compliance for digital public services
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with:
- ADA compliance and accessibility standards
- Digital content remediation and validation
- Editing and converting Word, Excel, and PDF documents
- Ability to interpret federal and state accessibility policies
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
