Data Entry Specialist

Job Description:
The Data Entry Specialist will support Maricopa County Department of Public Health with its 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment. This position will receive paper surveys that have been completed by community members in either English or Spanish and transcribe them into a digital database. The position will also be responsible for quality assurance checks to ensure accurate data entry.
Skills Required:
English and Spanish comprehension (reading and writing); computer / technology skills; typing speed

High school diploma or GED
Additional Information:
Hours the assignment will have: 20 hours/week (may exceed based on workload Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Onsite work only. Assignment is not expected to be extended at this time.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
