Core Responsibilities:

App Development: Build and customize applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).

Data-Driven Solutions: Design apps leveraging Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, relational databases, and external data sources.

Workflow Automation: Create automated processes using Power Automate.

UI/UX Design: Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile.

Maintenance & Support: Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and update solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance app performance.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Strong skills in SQL, Dataverse, and SharePoint
- Ability to design applications for data visualization and manipulation
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint ecosystem
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in Power Apps development, integration, and automation
Compensation: $75.00 per hour
