About the Project
Join the MAVERICS System Support Team supporting, enhancing, and maintaining the statewide SNAP/TANF Eligibility Determination System. This includes integrating with other systems, automating processes, and working with modern tools in a Linux/MicroFocus COBOL environment.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior COBOL CICS Developer with strong Mainframe, Linux, ADABAS, SQL, and COBOL expertise. Must have extensive experience supporting large enterprise eligibility systems such as SNAP/TANF.
Primary Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain SNAP/TANF eligibility systems.
- Develop new screens and integrate functionality into existing legacy systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in a Linux MicroFocus COBOL environment.
- Analyze, design, and develop large-scale Mainframe/Linux applications.
- Implement and interpret state/federal mandates into system functionality.
- Document procedures, policies, and processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Mainframe CICS system architecture.
