Job Description:
This position serves as a Contract Specialist for the Engineering Consultant Section of ADOT. The specific duties for this position will include but will not be limited to the
following:
- Contract Knowledge
- Reviewing and Approving Payment
- Reports/Invoices
- Accounting practices
- Fundamentals of budget and expenditures
- Computer knowledge including;
- Google, Excel, Word, and Acrobat Adobe
- Organizing and Prioritizing work assignments
Required Skills
Experience with Contracts/Contract Knowledge
2+ Years of Accounting Experience
Experience reviewing and approving Payment reports/Invoices
Microsoft Office and Adobe Experience
Preferred Skills
Fundamentals of Budgets and Expenditures
Education - Bachelor's Degree or Higher
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
