Position Overview:
Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer role requiring advanced troubleshooting, development, and administration skills, establishing standards, mentoring a junior developer, and ensuring long-term Salesforce health and scalability.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as Salesforce SME; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Review existing Salesforce environment; recommend solutions.
- Establish/develop deployment and development standards (code reviews, naming conventions, security/data access best practices).
- Develop using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce technologies.
- Document development/admin processes.
- Mentor junior Salesforce developer.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements, design, and delivery.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years Salesforce admin/developer experience.
- Active Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Dev I/II, Application Architect).
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, administration, SDLC, Agile.
- Excellent communication, mentoring skills.
Preferred:
- Salesforce DevOps tools (DX, Copado, Gearset).
- Small IT team experience.
- Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications.
Skills Required/Desired:
- Salesforce Flow automation – Desired
- Salesforce DevOps processes & deployment – Required
- Apex, Visualforce, LWC – Required
- Salesforce incident/rescue experience – Required
- Automated testing/quality gates – Desired
- Active Salesforce certifications – Required
