| Job Description | City of Phoenix -Administrative Support - Contracts Specialist II– 148432 (Local Only/100% On-site) Contract: Until 03/27/2026 Rate: $54 on W2 (All Inclusive), $60/hr on 1099 Location: 200 W. Washington St., Phoenix, AZ, 85003 Tentative Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM (40 Hours/Week). Closing Date: 9/18/2025 @ 3:00pm Local Only Candidates. 100% Onsite. Interviews will be remote. Responsibilities 1. Create and process complex design and construction procurements.
2. Knowledge in general contracts and procurement is a must. Knowledge in Title 34 procurements is a plus.
3. A combination of education and progressive experience is required.
4. Selected candidate/s must be willing to work from office Mon-Fri.
5. Knowledge in eProcurement portals is a plus (OpenGov, Bonfire, Public Purchase, etc.)
6. Public speaking/presentations a plus
7. Construction design procurement a plus
