This role requires in-person work at both the Phoenix (8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday)
and Mesa (7am - 6pm, Monday -Thursday) office locations. 

The work schedule will be dependent on the assigned office locations' business
hours.

Job Description:

The contractor Customer Service Representative 3 position at the Arizona
Department of Revenue is a customer-facing role focused on licensing

Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for directly receiving, processing, and applying payments for all tax types in the forms of cash, checks, debit/credit cards, and money orders to taxpayer’s personal or business accounts, and also complete daily reconciliation and end-of-day balancing of assigned billing.
  • Assisting taxpayers, processing license applications and updates, and providing information on licensing laws, rules, and procedures. 


Required Skills

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of working in a high production environment
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Experience with cash handling
  • Excel Experience 
  • Basic Math
Preferred Skills

Bilingual - Spanish
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
