Hybrid: 80% onsite and 20% remote, with travel required to support users and facilities across the Clearfield, PA area
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware/software, laptops, and multifunction devices in an enterprise LAN/WAN environment.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues, both on-site and remotely.
- Install and support Cat5e/6 cabling, network configurations, and Cisco VPN routers.
- Maintain, monitor, and update Remedy Asset Management System and SCCM for compliance.
- Configure and support mobile iOS devices, telecommunication systems, and diagnostic software for garage tools.
- Document processes and provide technical training to end-users.
- Travel within the designated region to support users, attend meetings, and assist with deployments.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
- 2+ years of experience with PC installation/support in a LAN/WAN setup.
- Experience with Remedy or similar ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of premise cabling (Cat5e/6 installation).
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and effective communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Cisco VPN, Active Directory, and SCCM.
- Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
- Project management and team leadership experience.

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
