Contract: 12+ Months

Location: 6000 W. Olive Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85302

Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 AM to 1 PM (40 Hours/Week). OT Expected.

***The resource MUST be able to clear a 7 year Package A background, and sign a non-disclosure agreement.***

Job Summary

The Groundskeeper will perform a full range of grounds maintenance and gardening duties; assists in various related construction and landscaping projects; and prepares and maintains athletic fields and other special venues according to the user's request or published specifications.
They will train and help temporary employees on a daily basis.
The Groundskeeper must have a basic knowledge of horticulture, arboriculture, property chemical handling, sprinkler and irrigation systems, and be knowledgeable in basic tool maintenance and other general cleaning techniques.
This person must be able to run a wide range of turf and landscape industry equipment.

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
